The villa is set in grounds of a third of an acre, with well maintained lawns and gardens, in a very quiet coastal location with no immediate neighbours.  The airport and capital, Mahon, is just a 25 minute drive away and the island's only golf course, at Son Parc, is just 15 minutes drive away. 

The nearby resort of Arenal d'En Castell is set around a beautiful horseshoe-shaped bay of golden sand with safe shallow waters, and there is a good selection of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, as well as plenty of activities for children .

• As the villa is outside the main resort a hire car is a necessity.
• A weekly linen change is provided on Fridays, which is also the changeover day for lets.
• There are direct flights to Menorca from most UK airports (except Heathrow).  Morning flights are preferable, as changeover time at the villa is 10:00 outgoing/14:00 incoming.
